How the scan works

A wallet's outputs are read from ordinals.com, which reports the sat ranges each output holds. Most categories are pure arithmetic on those numbers: which block a sat was mined in follows from the subsidy schedule, so no index is needed. The traced lists are held in full and every range in a wallet is checked against them. Up to three hundred outputs a scan, and the result says how many it looked at.

What is not here

The second and third hitman payments, Finney sats beyond blocks 78 and 286, Legacy workshop sats, Rodarmor Names and project-curated sets like Labitbu: each is a list nobody has published verifiably, and Mantel names nothing it cannot check.
